About me
Mr. Keller has worked as a Geotechnical Engineer and Project or Program Manager on numerous units of the U.S. Forest Service throughout his working career since 1972 until he retired late in 2011. He received a BS in Civil Engineering from UCLA in 1968, served as an officer in the U.S. Navy for two years, and then received a MS in Geotechnical Engineering from U.C. Berkeley in 1972. He is currently licensed both as a Civil Engineer and Geotechnical Engineer in the State of California.
