Eric Gabriel Youjay Jenn-Judgges is Civil engineer and transport specialist with over a decade of experience shaping road infrastructure policy and delivery across Africa and beyond.
As Founder & Managing Director of SELA, Eric leads a civil engineering materials testing laboratory committed to ensuring construction quality, infrastructure integrity and sustainability of the built environment. As Executive Director of RSAI, Eric advance global strategies in road safety, infrastructure funding, traffic management, transportation economics, and institutional reform.
Eric career began with ten years of public service at Liberia's Ministry of Public Works, including mega-project coordination and technical advisory roles. And He wen on to the private sector where he consulted across Sierra Leone, The Gambia, Senegal, Zambia, Swaziland, and Liberia for the UN, African Development Bank, World Bank, and ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development.
Eric is a strategic infrastructure leader who is passionate about building Africa's next generation of engineering workforce.
