David Lee is a professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Iowa. He directs the Laboratory for Advanced Construction Technology (LACT). Professor Lee is also the immediate past president of the International Society of Maintenance and Rehabilitation of Transport Infrastructures, a member of the Board of Trustees for the Seoul Institute of Technology, associate editor of MDPI Infrastructures Journal, and chairman of 2019 International Conference on Smart Cities (ICSC).
