About me
As Global Head of Institutional Relations, Communication and Sustainability at Aleatica, an IFM Investors portfolio company, I lead the government relations, public affairs, communications, community engagement, and sustainability teams. In this role, I partner with other corporate executive functions, project leaders, and partners to amplify our positive impact and engage our stakeholders effectively and constructively in the 7 countries where Aleatica has presence operating 20 assets (toll roads, ports, airports, rail lines).
I also chair the Aleatica Foundation for Road Safety, which is globally recognized for its partnership with leading organizations like the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) Foundation and the International Road Safety Programme (iRAP). Our multifaceted work and initiatives to promote road safety globally have received prestigious international awards, including a Prince Michael of Kent Award for Road Safety.
Throughout my career, I have remained committed to advancing global cooperation as a driver of sustainable growth and prosperity, with a particular emphasis on building upon the many strengths of North America. I had the privilege of serving in senior roles in the Mexican government under four presidents from three different political parties in areas of International Finance, Diplomacy and National Security. As a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council in Washington, DC, I regularly contribute thought leadership on regional policy priorities and geopolitical trends.
