About me
Bini is a seasoned ITS professional with 22 years of Traffic Operations and Traffic Engineering experience; her expertise covers Software system management, Traffic Operations support, ITS device integration, IT coordination and change management, maintenance and integration management, system and device level troubleshooting. Bini has been managing ITS projects in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan and she is currently supporting NYSDOT and NITTEC ICM projects as Operations Manager. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute since 2013.
